The refurbishment began with a decisive step: demolishing and uncluttering decades of accumulated annexes, setting the stage for a fresh, modern vision.
The design concept was clear from the start—create a spacious, family-oriented home with a seamless connection to the surrounding garden. By centering the staircase in the heart of the building, the new floor plan pivots around a dynamic core.
