The building is located along the Nulderpad and serves as the gateway to the #Scoutinglandgoed Zeewolde, complementing the existing landmarks such as the #Avonturenhuis and #Sanitairpaviljoens, designed by MOST Architecture + TOMDAVID Architecten in previous years.
The building is not just a workspace—it’s a hub for meetings and large events, adaptable to host large annual scouting gatherings.
Key features we included:
- We created a inviting entrance to the Scoutinglandgoed Zeewolde
- We designed a building embedded in the landscape a variety of working and meeting spaces
- We used biobased materials such as CLT, Gutex and cork for a sustainable, healthy environment and an energy neutral & carbon positive building
- We designed a façade featuring cork panels and layered plaster to ensure breathability and tie the building to its wooded surroundings
